With the Christmas holidays comes a lot of family responsibilities. Tomorrow, we go back to the East coast to spend Christmas with our son, his lovely wife and their 2 beautiful children. This is my 3rd Christmas since my heart transplant.
I was looking back at some old notes, memos and journal entries that I had written and the I wrote last year (2008) was that it was my BEST Christmas ever. I don’t know if we’ll top last year or not, but I am ready to give it a try. I am simply thankful that I can spend time with my family, and that there is harmony between all. I’m thankful I can simply sit back and watch the 2 little ones as they become small tornados ripping trough package after package while they scream with glee.
Merry Christmas to all!!! May you celebrate your holiday with love in your heart and God in your soul.
Merry Christmas, my fellow heart transplantee. This is my 3rd one since my transplant, too. Have a safe journey.
