“Tell Me Something About Your Heart”

This really has nothing to do with heart transplants, but I found the concept interesting, inspiring and intriguing.

Recently I read about this blog on a thread on the TransplantBuddies forum, so I checked it out.

The photography is incredible, as are the quotes from the people being photographed. The entire concept is great.

If you have time checkout this site ~ “tell me something about your heart”

If you have time, tell me something about your heart ……..

I think my quote would be along the lines of ……..

“My heart is forever grateful for the unselfish act of kindness that someone did for me with their last breath. I shed a tear and pray every day for this person, my donor, and their family. My heart is forever humble.”

What you said about your heart struck a cord with me. When I am speaking about donation, one of the things I always say is that there is no better way to be remembered than to be a donor. I pray for my donor and their family everyday, and I think every recipient does also.
