Back in Action

My2ndHeartBeat is back in the warm, friendly confines of our World Headquarters. We had been away for a few days for a much-needed trip to see the “little people” (i.e.: grand – kiddos) for a few days. I told a few people that we were taking a trip to a warmer climate. And in reality, a daily increase of five degrees in temperature is warmer, even though I was still frozen.

The little people are ages five and three and they sure keep me going. And, I don’t mind it one bit. Though they give this borrowed heart a heck of a cardio workout at times. And, at ALL times they fill surround this borrowed heart with love.

We truly needed this little trip. This IS what my heart transplant was all about!!

Interview me ~ I am willing to let you interview me. Are there things your REALLY would like to know about my journey, but are afraid to ask? Anyone reading my blog can email me ( or leave a comment at the bottom of any post with the question(s) you would love to ask me. Once (if) I get enough questions I’ll write a post and answer all of the questions openly and honestly. I will not even identify you, unless you don’t mind being identified. It can be all anonymous.

Ask me ANYTHING! Fire away!!
