Awe

Awe

“Appreciate again and again, freshly and naively, the basic goods of life, with pleasure …. with awe.”

Awe is defined as – A feeling of reverential respect mixed with fear or wonder.

I will not apologize for the length of this post, the numerous quotes and pictures.

I am in awe EVERY day ….. not all day, but when I take the time to truly enjoy, appreciate and give thanks from my heart for the world in which I live, I stand in complete and utter awe. Daily, I’m in awe of simple things like clouds, or a singing bird or a color that catches my eye …. all the way to the patience in people …. inspiring friends that I know that sit and wait for the call that will change their lives … the call that a heart, a liver, a kidney has become available and will save their life.

As a heart transplant recipient, I’ll always be in awe of my anonymous donor and his/her family. A gift so amazing …. incredible …. I’m in total AWE of this hero that God placed in my life’s path and gave me the ULTIMATE gift …….. the gift of LIFE!

Let someone be in COMPLETE and TOTAL AWE of you ….. please register to be a donor …. HERE … NOW …. Click this link – www.OrganDonor.gov

“Life is too short to let worries ruin your day. Today, view life with a little more appreciation and AWE.”

I agree …. we normally take things for granted but if we take the time and look around us and feel “IT” we will be in a majestic Awe! Life is Good…and life is God.
