A Year of Walking


Exactly one year ago today, April 23, 2014; I started using a Fitbit, exercise tracker. It’s a high tech pedometer, which helps me track how many steps I take per day, how well or poorly I sleep, how much cardio I get and a number of other things.

On July 5th, 2014, I reached 1,000,000 steps and wrote a post about the Fitbit, which you can read by clicking here — > “Walking for Life”

Today is my one year anniversary and I’ll simply let the below picture tell you how I did –
